Website delivery and security

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. To serve pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, requested URLs, traffic-routing information, and browser or system information. This processing supports website availability, troubleshooting, and protection against abuse.

Cloudflare may process information on our behalf and for its own network-security purposes. Its privacy policy describes its handling of end-user and network data.

Web analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views and website performance, including loading times. A browser-based beacon sends measurement data to Cloudflare, and we review reports to identify pages and performance issues that need improvement.

Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors and does not track individuals across websites. This does not mean that website delivery and security involve no personal data: technical request processing is described above.

Read more about Cloudflare Web Analytics and its data collection.

Cookies and browser storage

The website’s own code does not set cookies or use local or session storage. We do not use advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served with the website rather than loaded from third-party font or image services.

Cloudflare security features may use necessary cookies when enabled, for example to remember a security challenge. These are separate from Web Analytics. Your browser lets you manage cookies; blocking security cookies may affect access when a challenge is used. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.

Contact forms and correspondence

When you submit the contact form, we use your name, email address, optional company name, and message to assess and respond to your enquiry. Cloudflare processes the submission and sends it to our designated Google Gmail inbox. Your email address is included so we can reply to you. You can also email contact@cad-dev.com or write to our postal address. Please include only information relevant to your request.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent spam and automated abuse. It processes technical browser and device signals and network information, which may include your IP address. Our server verifies the resulting token before sending a message. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about this processing.

The contact handler does not store submissions in a website database or browser storage, and does not log message contents. Delivered correspondence is held in our email inbox for handling the enquiry and any subsequent business relationship. A success message confirms that Cloudflare accepted the email for delivery, rather than guaranteeing inbox receipt.

Recipients and international processing

Cloudflare receives the technical, measurement, verification, and contact-form data needed to provide the services above. Google processes delivered correspondence as our inbox provider; see Google’s privacy policy. These providers may process information internationally. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Cloudflare operates internationally, so information may be processed outside the UAE. International transfers of personal data are subject to applicable legal requirements; Cloudflare’s policy explains its international processing and transfer arrangements.

Retention and protection

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for its purpose, including dealing with enquiries, security issues, applicable record-keeping duties, or legal claims. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it is held. Cloudflare’s handling and retention of service data also depend on the service and its policies.

We limit access to personal information to those who need it for the relevant purpose. You may request information about the retention and handling of data relating to you using the contact details above.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies and its conditions, you may have the right to:

  • Receive information about processing and obtain access to your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data and request erasure.
  • Restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Receive or transfer your data in a portable format where applicable.
  • Object to certain automated decisions and raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

We do not use this website to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. We may need sufficient information to verify your identity before responding to a rights request.

For the UAE framework, see Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.

Policy updates

We will update this policy when our website or data-handling practices change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
